Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician from England. He was one of the members of One Direction. In Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where he created his own musical band with 3 classmates. The band was named White Eskimo. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. Despite having been a fan of music, He also wished to become the next lawyer or an physiotherapist. He worked in the local bakery for a few hours to support his family financially. Harry Styles, in 2010 made an audition for The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was and was performed by Stevie Wonder. Due to this, his group had to be split. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join a future band that would be called One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group. They were first formed in 2010. They performed the song Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would be Sucking Without You together with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. In result, they were among the finalist. However they were placed third just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell has offered a two million-pound contract with One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
